FAQ


 

1. HOW DO I ORDER A PRODUCT?
Simply click on the product you like, add the Quantity of each item you’d like to order and then click on the ADD TO CART button. When you are ready, just click on the CART icon which you can find at the top right of the page. You can also review the items in your cart before clicking on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

 

2. DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can shop at PURE without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to track your orders, review past purchases and save your address and card details for your convenience.


3. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER? CAN I PAY WITH A BANK TRANSFER?
Once you have ordered online you can pay via Paypal or by Bank Transfer. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay and that all major credit cards are accepted. 

Via Paypal/Credit Card

At checkout you will be directed to a Paypal page to pay for your order. After payment is received you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that if you have any special requests, then please do put these in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section before checking out. You can also email us to advise us separately of your request.

Via Bank Transfer

At checkout you can select Bank Transfer as an option. Please refer to the instructions given for the next steps. We will email you to confirm your order once the bank transfer has been completed. Pleases transfer to POSB Saving 126 – 59020 – 2.

4. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that contains your order number and purchase details. A separate email will be sent to notify you once the order has been shipped. If you create an account with us prior to checkout, you can log into your account and check the status of your order.

5. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If your purchases have not already been prepared for shipping then we can amend your order after it has been placed. To check on the status of your order simply email us directly with your order number at purethelabel@gmail.com with any changes.

6. WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer a 7 day exchange policy for sizes, defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sale or Pre-order pieces are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please refer to our exchanges page for more information.

7. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! Please view our shipping page for more information.

8. ARE THERE RESTRICTED AREAS/ZONES IN SINGAPORE THAT YOU DO NOT DELIVER TO?
Yes, we generally do not deliver to army camps, hotels and most of the islands in Singapore.
