We ship worldwide! Registered postage orders within Singapore, delivery time takes 2 – 3 business days*.

*Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays (in Singapore).

We generally do not deliver to army camps, hotels and most of the islands in Singapore. 

A redelivery charge of $2 for standard courier and $3.50 for express courier will be applicable upon three failed attempts.
Please allow one (1) business day after payment confirmation for us to verify your payment, perform quality check on your item(s), and pack your order before mailing it to our local postal service provider.

We offer a 7 day exchange policy for sizes, defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sale or Pre-order pieces are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty.
